This includes information You provide at the time you submit an application for one of our properties or registering to use our Devices. At a private residence, such as an apartment, the access history or individual residents.
If you have thermostats in our residence, we receive the desired temperature and thermostat mode. Depending on the model of the thermostat that has been installed, the manufacturer may separately collect information from the thermostat.
Depending on your device’s settings and permissions and your choice to participate in certain programs, we may collect the location of your device by using GPS signals, cell phone towers, Wi-Fi signals, Bluetooth, or other technologies. We will collect this information, if you opt in through our app or other program (either during your initial login or later) to enable certain location-based services available within our app (for example, locating available apartments closing to you). To disable location capabilities of the app, you can log off or change your mobile device settings.

Your information may be stored on our behalf on third-party cloud infrastructure provider Amazon Web Services, a serviced provided by Amazon Web Services Inc. One of the reasons we use Amazon’s EC2 platform is because of the wealth of security experience Amazon has. Where we have given You (or where You have chosen) a password which enables You to access to our Service, You are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask You not to share a password with anyone.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
Email Marketing

Children's Privacy
Our Service is not designed to attract children under the age of 13 and accordingly, do not intend to collect Personal Data from anyone we know to be under 13.
