• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

This includes information You provide at the time you submit an application for one of our properties or registering to use our Devices. We may ask You for information when You report a problem with our Service. This may also include information that You give us by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. If You use our smart technology and services we will collect information about the extent, nature, and frequency of your usage as part of our monitoring of the products (to make sure that they continue to be operational and fit for their purposes), including from third parties we work closely with. • Names You give to rooms/locations where You have connected Devices.

• Geolocation.

• Billing Address

• At a private residence, such as an apartment, the access history or individual residents.

• If you have thermostats in our residence, we receive the desired temperature and thermostat mode. Depending on the model of the thermostat that has been installed, the manufacturer may separately collect information from the thermostat.

Depending on your device’s settings and permissions and your choice to participate in certain programs, we may collect the location of your device by using GPS signals, cell phone towers, Wi-Fi signals, Bluetooth, or other technologies. We will collect this information, if you opt in through our app or other program (either during your initial login or later) to enable certain location-based services available within our app (for example, locating available apartments closing to you). To disable location capabilities of the app, you can log off or change your mobile device settings.

If You use our products and services, we will collect information about how You have configured our Devices.

Some Devices may also inform us of:

• Your Device settings and alterations You make.

One of the reasons we use Amazon’s EC2 platform is because of the wealth of security experience Amazon has. Where we have given You (or where You have chosen) a password which enables You to access to our Service, You are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask You not to share a password with anyone.

Our Website may, from time to time, contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of such sites. Your use of such external sites is at your own risk.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
